Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy based on the notice period provided before the check-in date:

• Same Day Cancellation: 100% retention (No refund)

• 1 Day Before Check-in: 50% of the tariff will be charged

• 2 Days Before Check-in: 20% of the tariff will be charged

• 7 Days Before Check-in: 10% of the tariff will be charged

• More Than 7 Days Before Check-in: No retention (Full refund)

Note: All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
